A Goldfields-born celebration where literature, fashion and music meet — designed to connect Kalgoorlie-Boulder with the world.
Origin
The founding concept
The original concept for KIBFMF was developed by Professor Idi (Ras) Banamungu. The fair grows from a belief that stories, style and sound together can open doors for creators in regional Australia.
Additional committee members, partners and collaborators are welcome; any future roles will be announced only once formally agreed.
