The Kalgoorlie International Book, Fashion & Music Fair (KIBFMF) is a business owned and operated by Laughter Percussion Academy (LPA).
A Laughter Percussion Academy initiative. Laughter Percussion Academy (LPA) is responsible for the fair and manages its brand and programmes.
Professor Dr. Idi (Ras) Banamungu, founder and original concept developer of KIBFMF and founder of Laughter Percussion Academy.

Involvement does not mean ownership
External authors, musicians, fashion designers, sponsors, collaborating organisations, volunteers and founding-membership purchasers are participants and supporters, not owners of the fair.
Participation, sponsorship or a founding-membership purchase does not confer equity, intellectual-property ownership or management control unless separately documented in a signed agreement.
Recognition as a participant, sponsor, collaborator or founding member is not a statement of co-ownership.

Any commercial terms require written agreement. Intellectual-property rights depend on applicable law and contracts; this statement does not create or determine legally enforceable rights.
LPA's management of the fair's brand and programmes does not by itself establish ownership of works contributed by authors, musicians, designers or other participants. Any use of contributed work and associated rights depends on applicable law and the relevant contracts.
No registration number or trademark status is asserted here, and no unsigned ownership arrangement is represented as agreed.

Who owns the fair?
KIBFMF is a business owned and operated by Laughter Percussion Academy (LPA). A Laughter Percussion Academy initiative. Professor Dr. Idi (Ras) Banamungu, founder and original concept developer of KIBFMF and founder of Laughter Percussion Academy.
Can sponsors become owners?
Sponsorship does not make a sponsor an owner. Participation, sponsorship or a founding-membership purchase does not confer equity, intellectual-property ownership or management control unless separately documented in a signed agreement. Any proposed separate ownership arrangement would require its own signed agreement and remains subject to applicable law.
Who is responsible for the fair?
Laughter Percussion Academy (LPA) is responsible for the fair and manages its brand and programmes. External participants and supporters do not gain management control through participation, sponsorship or a founding-membership purchase.
